Bidding and Estimation

We follow market prices closely on our own projects and use this to get accurate bidding for future clients.  We take our plans, or plans provided to us, and use the square footage calculations, as well as our own measurements, to calculate an accurate cost for the entire proposed project.

Material estimation can make or break a project if you do not get it right.  There are a few items that vendors will take back if you order too much, but some things, like stone, are yours once they are delivered.  We offer estimation through any phase of a residential project.  Lumber is the most common item for material estimation due to the complexity and knowledge required to know what to specify.
