Builder of Record

A builder of Record is the builder who will be listed on a clients construction loan they obtain.  Building a home a large financial undertaking for the client, bank, and builder.  The bank wants builders to be experienced when they lend to them.  How can you become a builder if you need to be experienced in order for a bank to let you build?  We can be the builder of record for you and make sure everything is done right while easing the banks concerns.

With Press Start as your builder of record we will take it upon ourselves to show and share our 10 years of experience with you.  Many people think it's as simple as having construction knowledge, but there is also a very large amount of juggling subcontractors who don't actually work for you, and dealing with city officials.  This is not a one and done deal, we will be with you through every step of the process.

We have built 8 homes a year for 10 years.  We are a build-on-your-lot company, so we deal with many banks.  Any bank we have dealt with will allow us to be the Builder of Record on your project, and take you under our wing.  They will take this as credit on your journey as a home builder.  After enough builds are under your belt they will allow you to take them on on your own.
