Plans

A bid set is something most builders would require in order for them to "bid" your project and give you an accurate price.  These sets consist of floor plans, front and rear elevations, and all sqft dimensions usually required for bidding.

A construction set generally comes after a bid set of plans.  Usually after a home is priced using a bid set, and an agreement is struck between builder and client, then all necessary documents required for complete construction are produced.

Sometimes a set of plans just won't suffice for a client to envision what their home would look like.  We produce realistic photo quality renderings, using Lumion, of the homes we design so that our clients are sure of what their dream home will look like
