Feasibility

Site Visit

The first step in determining project feasibility is a site visit.  We will meet you at your proposed home building site and discuss  location, scope, and plans for the future of the site.

Utilities Check

An often overlooked part of purchasing a property is what utilities are available.  If your lot needs a well, septic, or extra power poles, this could impact your budget by up to 40k.  We want to help you plan for this on the front end so that there are no surprises.

HOA and ACC Research

Deed Restrictions, HOA's, and ACC's often have guidelines that tell you how you can construct your house.  These are factors you have to consider ahead of time before you purchase your lot.  They can range from restrictions on land use, to restrictions on building materials used.  These can effect the way your home looks and how much it will cost.

Feasibility Report

After we review all of these things above we can provide you with a project feasibility report.  We will tell you if the project you desire to undertake can be built within your specified budget, location, and timeframe, on your desired lot.
